The mono-block partition system enables a swift and non-destructive modification in the event of changes of use. It is possible to realign an entire room without wasting resources.

The fittings and door lock can be removed easily to facilitate the recycling process. We use high-quality, largely plastic-free object fittings with high durability, which can be re-used.

The partitions are made of solid wood (pine or spruce) supplied by the sustainable local forestry industry. The trees are chopped at full moon during the winter and pre-dried in the forest with their tops pointing downwards. This guarantees less energy expenditure during the drying process and an increased resistance against warping.

Surface: The partitions are treated with white pigmented hard oil. We can also offer numerous special colour coatings, which are all produced using natural pigments.

The various mono-block elements will be connected via beech battens (or recyclable polypropylene profiles).

Glass insulation provided by natural rubber (polypropylene).

Glass, in its capacity as technical material, is integrated into the fully recyclable components in a manner that ensures it can be easily separated to 100%. The construction itself is fully biodegradable.

Products are delivered to the construction site in reusable packaging, thereby guaranteeing a minimal material input and resource use during the transport process.

The delivery includes a recycling plan which highlights how the various components can be reintegrated into the material cycle.

Corresponding material input: The optimal wood types will be selected according to the expected demands. The flooring profile is made of native oak to withstand mechanical stress caused by vacuum cleaners and/or floor wiping devices. The upright profiles are made of light pine or spruce, while the construction profiles are made of beech
